For information regarding the handling of your personal information please refer to the following privacy collection statements:

The following considerations may be applicable depending on the rules of the grant you are applying for.

External reviewers 

In some cases a person external to Monash will access your application as part of the  review process. Where this occurs you will be informed in the application description.By submitting an application you accept that an external person is accessing your information for the purpose of reviewing your submission.

Completing and submitting an application on behalf of co - applicants

If you are completing and submitting an application where you are providing information on behalf of one or more co - applicants you are encouraged to inform them that :

you are disclosing their information to Monash University and if successful, the information will be retained as part of the project record. They can access that information by contacting the Monash University Privacy Officer.
